Jenny Jenkins
CBRS/CM Specialist
SpecialtiesFor more than 14 years, Jenny has worked in the mental health field, including roles in Case Management and Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS), where she has supported individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. Jenny's professional journey began in education after earning a degree in Early Childhood Special Education. She taught special education preschool and kindergarten, experiences that strengthened her passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive. This foundation in education naturally led Jenny into the mental health field, where she continues to integrate her expertise in child development and family support.
Jenny is currently furthering her education at Capella University, pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her primary professional interest lies in working with young children and helping establish strong foundations for their emotional and mental well-being.
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Jenny values time with her husband of 22 years, whom she met at BYU-Idaho, and their five children. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors through activities such as gardening, camping, hiking, and playing together. Family, connection, and personal growth remain central to Jenny's life and guide both her personal values and professional practice.
